- We review it. We check that it is clear and complete, usually within one business day.
- It goes live. Your opening gets its own page, appears on the opportunities list and goes out as an email alert.
- Candidates apply. People contact you directly. You decide who to hire.

Questions
Do candidates see my contact data?
Only what you put in the application link or email field. Your name and work email in the form are for us.
Do you share candidate profiles with me?
No. People apply to you directly. Tidehunter Crew profiles are private and are only shared with the person’s consent.
Can I send openings for every discipline?
Yes: survey, ROV, geophysics, positioning, data processing and inspection. If your role is different, choose “Other”.
Can I change or remove an opening?
Reply to the confirmation email and we will update or unpublish it.
